Louis Pizzileo is a 2022 RHP/3B with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Wantagh, NY who attends St. Anthony's. Slender young build high waisted build with lots of room to fill out and get stronger. Primary right handed pitcher, works from stretch with a well controlled leg raise delivery, stays directional well down the mound, tight high 3/4's arm slot with some downhill angle to his pitches. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, does a good job of commanding his fastball and working both sides of the plate. Slurve-type breaking ball had a good consistent release with occasional depth. 5.34 runner in the sixty who plays the outfield when not on the mound. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread slightly open stance with a tight hand load, short swing with some lift out front, looks to get the barrel out and pull the ball, showed some feel for the barrel. Will keep improving on the mound with additional strength and physical maturity. Excellent student.
