Walker Gill is a 2024 C/3B with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Roanoke, TX who attends Byron Nelson. Ran a 8.09 60 yard dash. Showed well on the mound. High leg lift with an easy down hill delivery. He tunnels his pitches well and ran his fastball up to 72 while flashing a curveball at 64. Behind the plate, shows a quick transfer and has an accurate arm. He posted a 2.06 pop time. Moves well behind the dish and has good blocking skills. Hands work well in the infield with good feet and range. At the plate, has nice loft in the swing to try to generate power. Good bat speed and has an up-the-middle approach. Makes solid contact in BP. Excellent student in the classroom.
