Anderson Schirm is a 2025 C/2B, OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Pella, IA who attends Pella. He has a medium frame with a lean, athletic build and room to add more strength. Ran the 40-Yard Dash in 5.51 seconds. Primary catcher that has a square stance and receives the ball well. He has a quick transfer and does a nice job of covering ground towards second on his throws. He transfers the ball at his chest and has a quick arm. He made accurate throws to second, being around the base consistently. Right-handed hitter that starts in an even base that is slightly open with an even hand set. He uses a hanging leg lift trigger for timing and has a medium swing path to the ball. He has a rotational lower half and looks to drive the ball into the gaps. He has fast hand speed through the zone which leads to a fast barrel at impact. He keeps his bat flat through the zone and looks to make hard, line drive contact. Excellent student. Named to the 2024 Iowa Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
