Chris Casey is a 2022 OF/RHP, IF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Frankfort, IL who attends Providence Catholic. Large frame with athletic, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.61 seconds. Hits from spread out stance, tightly coiled hand load, works inside-out, middle field approach, drove balls to center in game play with authority, has strength in wrists. Worked out in the outfield, slowed approach to the ball, shuffled strides, clocked up to 75 mph on throws. Also pitched, quick inning with 3 quick outs, fastball worked 71-73 mph with some arm side run, showed curveball as well. Good student.
