Brody Von Berge is a 2022 RHP/3B, MIF with a 6-2 208 lb. frame from Hudson, WI who attends Hudson. Recorded a 8.00 second sixty yard dash time. Large frame with a strong and sturdy build. Primary right-handed pitcher with a short arm circle that comes through clean. Threw the curveball right out of the gate and displayed good feel for it. Has 11-5 shape with downer action and some depth to it. Also featured a changeup with solid fade and parachute action as it crosses the plate, tunneled it well with his fastball. Threw mostly off speed in this outing, mixed speeds effectively and had good command of his three-pitch mix, solid pitchability present. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and a high hand and back elbow set, utilizes a toe tap trigger and glides into contact. Really over strides at times and leaves his back side. Pull side approach, looks to make contact out front. Downhill bat path, has obvious strength within the swing, still developing barrel control and consistency. Excellent student.
