2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (June 21)
Nick Slonaker is a 2025 2B/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Kingwood, TX who attends Kingwood Park. Medium frame with good muscle tone and life to his actions. Good athlete, running the 60 yard dash in 6.71 seconds. Primary position infielder, bouncing around and moving good on the clay. Gets into angles quickly and has a feel for the spot. Quick hands that work softly through the ball securing it crisply. Clean transfer to good arm path, carrying the ball across the diamond with ease up to 83 mph with accuracy. Showed the ability to change slots based on the play as well. Reps in the outfield, with similar athletic actions, getting to the ball quickly in good position to throw. Sold all-around defender. RHH staring well-balanced and showing good rhythm pre-pitch. Really works the hands through impact and stays inside the ball well working the middle of the field. Showed juice to the pull side, consistent out front impact. Nice round. Outstanding performer in the classroom as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
