Rolando Mena is a 2025 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends City Of Hialeah Education Academy. Medium frame with compact wiry strength and some twitch to his actions. Ran the 60-yard dash in 7.26 seconds. Primary position outfielder, moving pretty well on his feet and getting into accurate routes to the ball. Smooth glove operation out front to solid midline transfer as he works through the ball. Longer, full arm path in the back to a high 3/4 arm angle creating throws up to 82 mph back to the bags. Left handed hitter, working with a wider base and tight handset at the shoulders. Elongated path to impact and gets on plate with quite a bit of lift at times. Emerging barrel consistency and will slice the ball to the oppo side from time to time. Some life to his hands and when he gets on plane the ball will jump a bit. Very good student athlete as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
