Connor Perkkio is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Valrico, FL who attends Durant. Athletic build with good present strength. Runs well, 6.78 in the sixty, was aggressive on the bases and played with energy. Right handed hitter, hits from a high hand start with a big load to his back side, can be late transferring his weight into his swing, swings hard and can get some jump when he gets the barrel out, worked middle/away with his best swings with a line drive swing plane, can make adjustments to get the barrel out front with more consistency. Primary outfielder on defense, speed is his best asset, still developing his arm strength. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a side arm release slot, worked up to 71 mph with his fastball with some sink and run, also threw a short cutter for another look to the hitters. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
