Owen Todd is a 2029 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-0 163 lb. frame from Southern Pines, NC who attends Pinecrest. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.81 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, clean delivery with a low slot release, creates angle and crossfire, has real arm speed and command of the mix. Fastball into the low-80s is effective in the bottom of the zone, curveball out of the same slot with good sweep, competes in the zone with both pitches. Plays outfield and first base too, clean actions and fluid mover at both spots, arm strength shows up to bags. Left-handed hitter, spread start and gathers some on the back side, short swing that gets cut off at times, struggled to live out front but has things to work with long-term.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
