Dylan Wagnon is a 2028 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Cardinal Gibbons. Tall athletic build with some present strength and good physical projection remaining. Throws from a standard delivery with a medium length arm action and 3/4's arm slot, simple mechanics to repeat. Threw a low spin fastball up to 80 mph with some sink and run, located best to the arm side. Change up has some fading life and was thrown to both left handed and right handed hitters, also threw a soft sweeping slider that had some depth. Has the ability to mix his pitches and keep hitters off balance while his arm strength continues to develop. 7.77 runner. Secondary first baseman on defense, step by step actions to the ball, one handed fielder, made accurate throws from a higher release point. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a busy and abrupt hand load, rotational swing mechanics, has some strength in his swing when his timing gets comes together, best contact to right center field. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
