Rhylin Soltani is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Magnolia, TX who attends The John Cooper. Big and strong young build. Works from the stretch with a high leg raise start, rides his back side well down the mound, deep arm action in back, high 3/4's arm slot and gets downhill well out front. Fastball topped out at 71 mph, gets nice sinking action down in the zone and is hard to hit when down. Tended to slow his arm on a big soft curveball. Left handed hitter, hits from an exaggerated high hand start with a big drop into his swing that creates inconsistent timing, has some strength in his swing and flashes some jump when he's timed up and can turn the barrel. 8.59 runner in the sixty. Plays first base when not on the mound. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
