Max Habben is a 2029 1B/RHP/IF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Richmond, CA who attends Salesian College Prep. Long, lean, and projectable frame with high-waisted build and room to add significant strength as he matures. Ran a 7.96 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, works from a lower three-quarters slot with a compact, controlled delivery. Fastball sat 73–75 mph with some arm-side run and occasional life through the zone. Flashed a developing slider with early shape, showing the makings of a usable secondary offering. Displays some arm quickness and strength projection to come. At first base, moves well to the ball with reliable hands, making accurate feeds and showing developing footwork around the bag. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and short hand load into contact. Creates a direct path to the ball, producing consistent ground ball contact with flashes of barrel accuracy to the pull side. Will continue to improve overall consistency and strength with physical maturity and experience.
