Devier Ramos is a 2025 C/RHP,/IF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Madison, AL who attends James Clemens. Medium build with some present strength. Switch hitter at the plate, hits from a calm base, front side tends to open early on the right side, inside swing path with a short swing with some uphill plane to it, bit less barrel control and bat speed from the left side. 7.60 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has quick hands and a clean exchange, developing footwork and lower half quickness. Also plays some third base when not behind the plate. Took a turn on the mound, throws from a compact high 3/4's arm slot, simple turn and throw mechanics. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph, mostly straight and thrown for strikes, mixed in an occasional short curveball. VZery good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
