Justin Harland is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Hammond, LA who attends Hammond High School. Medium and lean frame with room to fill and time to do so. Ran a 7.69 second 60 yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, full windup that starts with a rocker step up to a belt high leg lift, athletic delivery and fields his position well off of the mound, repeats mechanics well, releases from an over the top arm slot. Fastball topped out at 70 mph, features good armside life to his heater, repeats arm slot on his breaking ball and shows 1-7 life to the curveball, projects well as he continues to fill out physically, plenty more velo in the tank. Secondary outfielder, athletic actions with a clean arm action and clean release, best actions when getting out in front with throws. Left-handed hitter, sets up at the plate with an open stance and a high hand set, toe tap trigger used for timing, full swing path on a downhill plane, opens up the front side and fires the hips with his swing, has some things to like and project upon in the box.
