2022 Mid-Atlantic Prospect Showcase
Daniel Marra is a 2026 2B/SS with a 5-1 101 lb. frame from Seymour, CT who attends St. Joseph. Marra works out of a young athletic build with plenty of time to fill out and add strength as a '26 prospect. Exclusively from his primary IF spot, he worked through the ball well with natural tools that will continue to refine as Marra matures. Glove work and transfers should see more fluidity with velocity across the diamond up to 63 mph. Offensively, the righty started from a slightly open stance with a high hand set and toe-tap trigger. He generated consistent contact to the opposite field with power becoming more prominent in the future. Ran a 8.38 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
