Jagger Batek is a 2027 1B/RHP with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Corpus Christi, TX who attends Calallen. Physical frame. Ran a 7.85 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman that moved well around the bag, showed soft hands, some ability to pick it, fundamental footwork and an accurate throwing arm. Ability to make the routine plays and makes accurate throws in the outfield as well. Hit from a narrow base with some feel for shifting the weight with a connected swing. Short to the baseball, all fields approach and strength to impact the baseball. Fastball and curve on the mound out of a high three-quarter slot and solid average strike throwing ability. Excellent student.
