Truett Claffey is a 2025 OF/2B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Southlake Carroll. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Very good runner, 6.55 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has big range showed his athleticism well in the games, makes accurate throws with developing arm strength. Right-handed hitter with an even and balanced base. Uses a rhythmic toe stride for timing and was able to impact liners to pull. Has a strong set of hands with quickness that produces plenty of bat speed. Should continue to get stronger and better to maximize is offensive potential. Excellent Student.
