Kingston Stroshine is a 2029 OF/RHP with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Alpine, UT. Larger, athletic build with well-proportioned strength present. 6.96 runner in the sixty. Primary first basemen, works through the baseball well and fields it with a soft glove, and good feet. Has a shorter arm length before accelerating into release. Showed good clean transfer and release, adds good carry on his throws across the infield. Recorded arm strength up to 87 mph. Secondary pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch with a medium leg lift. Separates into a relatively inline arm path prior to release. Fastball was worked on both sides of the plate while topping out at 84 mph. Mixed in a 12-6 curveball with late depth and spin nearing 2300 rpm. Offers upside on a mound with improved command and additional strength. Right-handed batter, starts in a narrow, balanced stance with a high back elbow. Utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing before working into a line drive stroke. Displayed rotational swing mechanics with a direct approach to the baseball. Produced mainly hard ground ball contact during batting practice. Has plenty of evident strength in the barrel with more power to project on as he adds strength and refines mechanics. Posted an exit velocity of 94 mph.
