Ripken Birdwell is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Hooks, TX who attends Hooks. Leaner, athletic frame with a good base and can continue to add size. Ran a 7.36 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, heavier feet, corner actions with present arm strength, gets to the ball and can cover some ground on the dirt, maintained slot throughout the round, has some actions to work with, can improve and should. Left-handed hitter, slightly open, high hands, weight on backside, shifts and fires, some bat speed and strength when out front, developing consistency.
