Braeson Estilette is a 2028 RHP/1B/IF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Carencro, LA who attends Lafayette Christian Academy. Lean, athletic looking frame with present strength in his lower half and plenty of room to physically mature. Recorded a 7.55 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with deception and good tempo. Higher leg lift into balance and good lower half movements down the slope. Fastball peaked at 80 mph in this look, while maintaining the mid-to-upper 70s throughout with some sink to it. Flashed developing slurve shaped breaking ball with some sweep to it. Developing command of the strike zone, will continue to improve with proper mechanical refinements and additional velocity. Secondary first baseman with deliberate footwork through out the fielding process. Showed some range to either side, a clean funnel and delivered accurate throws up to 75 mph during drills. Took part in both the infield and outfield portion of the defensive workout, where he showed similar active footwork and some athleticism to his actions. Produced arm strength up to 75 mph in the infield and 77 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter that hits from a crouched, even base with a high, tight hand set and leg lift trigger. Whole field approach with developing feel for the barrel. Displays some looseness to his hands, slight drift causes some timing issues. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
