Cael Kilberg is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Sioux City, IA who attends Sioux City West. Lean, athletic build with long levers and plenty of projection remaining. Primary right-handed pitcher, operates from the middle of the rubber with a chest-high leg lift. Separates into a medium arm path before releasing from a low three-quarters slot. Lands closed-off, creating a deceptive crossfire look for hitters. Fastball showed some life out of the hand, ultimately peaking at 80 mph. Mixed in an 11-5 curveball and low-70s changeup that killed tons of spin. Showed developing feel for his entire mix. Projects for an uptick in velocity with additional strength. Secondary outfielder, works through the baseball at a deliberate pace. Fields it cleanly before separating into a loose and short arm path. Delivered accurate throws consistently on a hop while recording arm strength up to 79 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wide base with a high back elbow and deep hand load. Utilizes a knee-to-knee load and high leg lift trigger for timing. Gets drifty and out of his load a bit early at times. Impacts the baseball with good strength when timed up. Showcased the ability to work the entire field during batting practice. Posted an exit velocity of 82 mph. Ran a 7.27 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
