Gamaliel Jones is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Tulsa, OK who attends Union. Smaller athletic frame. Ran a 6.61 60-yard dash. An outfielder with a quick first step, burst and speed to go get the baseball in the air. Showed fundamental footwork, got to a low athletic position working through the baseball on the mound and a solid above average throwing arm with accuracy to bases. Left handed hitter hit from a slightly open stance with leg lift timing, developing strength in the swing with some quick hands that go direct to the baseball and sprays line drives to all fields. Slight uphill bat path and got to the barrel multiple times in games showing an all fields approach. Named to Sunshine Midwest Top Prospect List. Very good student.
