2024 Puerto Rico National Showcases Qualifier
Jeremy Cuevas is a 2025 SS/IF/OF with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Bayamon, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Long and lanky build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.30 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has very good raw arm strength, nice mature footwork to the ball, takes good routes and angles and puts himself in position to make plays, confident overall actions. Right handed hitter, hits from a high hand start with a simple leg raise trigger, gets the barrel out on time, has the beginnings of some bat speed with more to come. Key to development will be simply getting stronger, especially on offense. Good student.
