Tyler Begg is a 2022 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Santee, CA who attends Santana. He ran a7.09 second sixty. A primary outfielder with a long lena frame. In the outfield he waits back on the ball fielding it off the left foot, he builds up momentum well into his throws with a long arm action and the ball coming out well at 85 mph. At first base he showed soft hands funneling the ball in nicely as he sets his feet up well for the double play feeds with a quick release and accurate throws. Right-handed hitter, starts even with a narrow base and lower hand position, he creates some separation with the stride and hand load, the barrel tracks level through the zone with good feel getting the barrel head out and wokring mostly to the pull side. Good student.
