Greyson Bowen is a 2028 SS/RHP/C with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Montgomery, TX who attends Lake Creek. Slender long limbed young build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, sets up in a narrow base with a coiled lower half load, limited shift into contact, rotational upper body swing, inside hand path with opposite to mid field line drive contact. 7.80 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop with quick, athletic footwork while working to the baseball. Flashed good range to each side. Funnels out front and worked through exchange with efficient actions. Looser arm circle and released from a three-quarters slot. Produced accurate throws across the infield topping at 75 mph. Also workout of from the outfield showing a quick first step and worked through ball aggressively. One handed gather out front and maintained momentum to target at release. Throws produced some uphill carry to the bag topping at 75 mph. Right handed hitter with a narrow base and simple front side trigger. Coils at load and utilizes an inside barrel path to contact. Looks to drive the ball on a line to the middle of the field and opposite field. Worked exclusively from the stretch while on the mound. Stacks back side at balance and drives aggressively to the plate. Released from a lower three-quarters arm slot producing sinking run in the low 70's. Flashed a breaking ball with shorter depth in the mid 60's. Changeup offering showed good spin out of hand with some fade to arm side in the mid 60's. Good student.
