Ryder Kiesel is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 6-4 160 lb. frame from Fort Mitchell, AL who attends Russell County. Long and slender young build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. Has a fluid high leg raise delivery on the mound with a high 3/4's arm slot, tends to open his front side early and come across the ball to the glove side. Fastball topped out at 83 mph early, took off on it later for more consistent strikes. Tended to slow his arm on his curveball and change up but threw them consistently for strikes and got outs with them. Has plenty of projection as he grows into his body. 7.53 runner in the sixty. Secondary outfielder on defense, waits back on the ball and could build more momentum into his throws, long and loose arm action with some carry on his throws. Right handed hitter, medium leg raise to start his swing, gets to his front side early, short swing that cuts off out front. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
