Kameron Battle is a 2028 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Carrollwood Day. Compact build with good lower half strength. 6.81 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has athletic actions to the ball, hands can be late getting down at times, good carry on his throws when his feet are set and can adjust his slot well on the move. Also worked out in the outfield and showed potential there as well, long and loose arm action with nice carry on his throws, still learning his footwork but that should come with repetitions, plays the hops well. Right handed hitter, hits from a medium base with a leg raise trigger, swings hard and tends to pull off early, inconsistent timing and direction into and through contact, can impact the ball when he's timed up and catches the ball out front.
