Jace Davis is a 2025 C/MIF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Brownstown, MI who attends Woodhaven. Medium young build, plenty of room to fill in and get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a crouched bent knee stance and a high hand load, short and direct swing with some hand quickness, aggressive hitter who swings hard and creates some young bat speed, finds the barrel with consistent line drive contact. 7.16 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on on defense, has quick actions laterally and comes out of his crouch well, game actions in drills, can get out in front of his feet on his throws and get off balance, still adjusting to handling velocity in his receiving skills. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
