Eli Attaway is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Bogart, GA who attends Prince Ave Christian. Attaway showed off some speed as he ran a 6.83 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary Outfield with a small athletic build with some strength present. Creating plenty of direction with a quick first step Eli fields the ball cleanly off to the side in the outfield with a quick glove to hand transfer. He showed off some accuracy on his throws with developing arm strength. On the mound starting a low leg lift while swinging the front landing slightly open at foot plant. The glove side created some rhythm pulling himself slightly off to the glove side. He showed a short compact arm stroke at a higher 3/4s slot. Eli showed a fastball that peaked at 74mph while mixing in a a breaking ball with two plane break and some tightness as well as a changeup that tunneled the fastball well with occasional late fade to it. Right handed hitter in the box with a slightly open base into a small toe tap trigger. Hands start low set and rotate into slot at trigger moving into a linear path thought the zone with some quickness in the barrel. He was able to drive the ball to all fields on a line. Eli is an excellent student in the classroom.
