Chasin Deninger is a 2026 C/RHP, SS with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from San Francisco, CA who attends Sacred Heart Cathedral Prepara. He has a medium frame and a slender build with plenty of room to add strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 9.10 seconds. Primary catcher that starts in a narrow stance and has longer footwork. He works towards second well and stands on his throws. His arm action is a little wild, so getting rid of the ball quicker will help him lower his pop time to second. Secondary right-handed pitcher that has a knee to belt leg kick and utilizes dip and drive back leg mechanics. He has a longer arm action and fires from a low 3/4 arm slot. HIs fastball has some arm side run when he stays on balance and in line with the plate. His off speed pitch is an 11-5 curveball that has nice depth that created bad swings by opposing hitters. Also worked out in the infield, funneling the ball well and showing a good feel for the glove. Right-handed hitter that starts in a wider stance and uses a toe tap trigger for timing. He has an uphill swing that he pairs with an up the middle approach. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
