Cameron Johnson is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 6-5 225 lb. frame from Waco, TX who attends Midway. Strong, big bodied frame and well-rounded definition. Right-handed pitcher, works first base side of the rubber with a high leg lift into a full three-quarter slot. Full arm swing through the back and good stride length on a firm front side. Plenty of run and sink to the fastball. Showed feel for a good slider with late bite and depth to it that tunnels well. Mixed in a good changeup to lefties with some heavy arm-side depth. Good strikes and plenty more in the tank long term. Excellent student. Named to Top Prospect list.
