Rick McBride III is a 2024 OF/ with a 5-11 147 lb. frame from Montgomery, AL who attends The Montgomery Academy. Medium frame with a young, lean frame showing room to fill out physically down the road. Ran a 6.48 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, working with short, choppy steps to the baseball as he stays under control. Slows momentum down at gather to make sure of a clean scoop. Quick release as he kept throws down and was accurate around the bag. Threw it 74 mph during drills. Right-Handed Hitter, starting narrow with high hands behind the ear. Strides out before working into a linear swing path. Proved to have some hand speed as he peppered the middle of the field. Table setter type approach as he looked to drive it on a line. Great Student. Named to WWBA Workout Top Prospect List.
