Nick Cheij is a 2027 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Hill Country Christian HS. Recorded a 7.50 second 60-yard dash time. Stronger frame and build with physicality present. Primary catcher with simple movements and footwork. Gets the ball out quickly and recorded a best pop time of 2.18 seconds. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a quick tempo and upbeat delivery. Leg lift up to the chest and separates well. Full arm path and throws from a high three-quarters ram slot. Good balance and works downhill. Curveball showed high spin and sharp break. Right-handed hitter with a wide base, small leg lift trigger, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Gets on plane quickly and hands show strength. Showed power in game with an opposite field home run. Tremendous student. Named to the HS All State Select TP List.
