Quinton Hill is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Berkeley, CA who attends Berkeley. Features a taller athletic build with some present strength and lean projection. Ran a 6.72 60-yd dash. In the OF, shows a more relaxed initial approach but works through it well with longer strides. Smooth mover through reception creating momentum into throws. Fields it out front and clean and works to a quick release. Loose arm to release getting off accurate throws with quality strength for his level. At the plate, operates from a spread stance. Uses a smaller lift into launch. Top hand dominant swing showing a steep/downhill entry with some cut across at times. Above avg. bat/hand speed for his level. Pounded the middle of the field and RC gap with hard FBs and LDs showing good feel for the barrel. Balanced throughout the swing and uses the ground well creating leverage.
