Collin Ferrier is a 2027 SS/RHP, 3B, OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Cuero, TX who attends Cuero. Athletic look with compact build. 7.38 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Primary shortstop, quick first step with fundamentally sound footwork working around the baseball. Has a solid idea with feel for internal clock and gets the ball across quickly. Developing arm strength, recorded throws up to 74 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, deliberately paced windup, small side step into a belt high leg lift, creates extension out front from a 3/4 slot. Fastball worked in the mid-70s, topping at 77 mph and flashed good command, landed breaker at will at 64 mph (1846 RPM). Right-handed hitter, upright base with tight hands to the body, hanging leg lift trigger, hands stay tight throughout the operation and impacted to the middle of the field. Should continue growing into power in the coming years. Also worked out in the outfield and showed clean, fundamentally sound actions with better arm strength than the infield, recording throws up to 79 mph. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
