2025 PG National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Presented by GEICO
Kai Miller is a 2027 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Redlands, CA who attends Arrowhead Christian Academy. Lean and projectable athletic build. 7.32 runner in the sixty, has run 6.79 previously at a PG showcase. Primary outfielder on defense, has athletic actions working through the ball, fluid transition into throwing, stronger arm and made accurate on-line throws. Right handed hitter, has loose hands in his set up and uses a double toe tap timer, wrapped barrel start, long and extended swing with present bat speed and lots of swing projection. Took a turn on the mound, works from a simple and quick hybrid delivery and will get too quick at times, filled up the strike zone when he didn't get rushed. Fastball topped out at 85 mph and was aggressive with it early in counts. Upper 70's slider was a good pitch with tight spin and good shape from a high 3/4's release point.
