Pablo Chu is a 2026 RHP/2B, 3B with a 5-4 122 lb. frame from Killeen, TX who attends Harker Heights. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. ran an 8.56 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, slow and methodical pace to operation, side step with a full hand path, high leg lift with a deep gather; worked around the zone well throughout innings while working mostly down with both pitches. Short life to fastball, topped out at 62 mph and pitched to contact, shows some present feel for spinning his curveball, big shape up to 50 mph; efficient outing and got contact early in count. Shows a short compact arm action on throws across the infield, fields it deep, will continue to develop and refine overall actions, simple movements to both sides, accurate across. Switch-hitter, stays inside the ball with left-handed swing, looks to lift at the point of contact with a short finish through the ball, level path through the zone. Begins with a high hand set and lower back elbow from the right side, handsy swing, best contact on a linear plane, contact oriented approach and can incorporate additional lower half.
