Danny Campbell is a 6'1" outfielder from Roseville, CA, with a long, slender build. He has 6.9 or better speed in the 60 and uses his long legs and well above average outfield instincts to really track down some fly balls in the outfield. Only his throwing arm keeps him from being a MLB defensive outfielder. At the plate, Campbell hits from a wide stance with no stride. He lacks enough upper body strength right now to drive the ball, but shows the ability to handle the bat head and make good contact. He will get stronger and could develop into a special player at the college level. Danny is an outstanding student.
