2022 National Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Noah Spain is a 2025 RHP/2B/SS with a 5-6 145 lb. frame from Poplar Bluff, MO who attends Poplar Bluff. Shorter young build. Primary right handed pitcher, works from the stretch with a long arm action in back, simple delivery mechanics that he repeats well. Fastball worked in the low 70's, mostly straight with some occasional arm side life. Showed nice feel for both a curveball with some 11/5 tilt and a fading change up and threw both pitches for strikes while mixing it up well. Quick and efficient inning, has present pitching skill if he can get bigger and stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with an inconsistent toe tap trigger, line drive swing plane with a middle of the field approach. 7.93 runner in the sixty. Plays the infield when not on the mound, second base tools and skills. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
