2025 PG WWBA Workout Showcase (July 5)  
Tyler (Tito) Morton Jr is a 2031 SS/2B/3B with a 5-4 125 lb. frame from Orange Park, FL who attends Trinity Christian Academy. Young athletic frame with all sorts of time and room to add strength and overall physicality. Ran the 60-yard dash in 8.43 seconds. Primary position infielder, show a solid fundamental foundation and a feel for angles. Works the glove out front with a two-hand funnel and uses a deliberate midline transfer to get to throws. Sits back a bit on some plays, will learn to attack the play a bit more but making plays. Medium inline arm path to lower release, getting the ball there in good shape with feeds up to 69 mph across the diamond. RHH looking good in the box with well-balanced stance and a higher handset with some pre-pitch rhythm. Solid mechanics but gets a bit segmented between upper and lower body but when synched up delivers the bat head to impact in a short direct path. Can really control the bat head and looks good with a middle to opposite field approach. Power is still ahead of him but the offensive skillset is there to project on for sure. Outstanding student as well.
