Kameron Cox is a 2028 SS/2B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Countryside, IL who attends Montini Catholic. Medium athletic build with plenty of present strength and some physical projection remaining. 6.65 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has quick feet and good lateral range, soft hands when he gets his glove down on time, quick transfers, solid arm strength for the left side, athleticism showed well. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with rotational swing mechanics, stays compact and on top of the ball in his path and creates bat speed, handled the barrel well with hard line drive contact to all fields. Excellent student. Named to the PG National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
