Simon Rose is a 2027 SS/RHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Highland Park, IL who attends Highland Park. Slender medium size frame. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash. Infielder with fundamental footwork, feel for glove actions, funnels to waist, shows body control and completes plays with an above average arm across the diamond. Hit from a wide base, direct hand path to the baseball with quick twitch bat speed. Consistently on time and driving the baseball gap to gap. Three pitch mix on the mound out of a 3/4 slot. Fastball up to 81, and 11-5 shape curve and some ability to turn over a fading change up. Athletic talent with plenty of natural ability to develop. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
