Karson Hard is a 2026 SS/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Maryville, TN who attends William Blount. Lean young build with lots of room to get stronger. 6.68 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder with quick twitch athleticism and agility throughout the fielding process. Displayed a quick step, ranged laterally well to either side and quickly transferred into release. Showed ability to take proper angles on both the backhand and forehand, while showcasing the ability to change arm slots when necessary. Recorded arm strength up to 76 mph across the diamond during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an even base with a tight hand set and minimal weight shift into contact. Middle-of-the field approach with contact oriented stroke, stays on-time due to minimal wasted movements into launch, will continue to improve with proper adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.
