Reece Pierre is a 2023 C/ with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Pride, LA who attends Zachary. Reece ran a 7.38 Sixty Yard Dash. Medium slender athlete frame with some more room to fill. Primary catcher starts with a staggered stance base , he catches the ball cleanly out in front with a smooth glove to head transfer. Reece gains ground well towards the bag at second with still developing arm strength and accurate throws. Right handed hitter he starts with a wide slightly open base with a mid to high leg lift trigger. His hands start low and shift to high at load. Pierre showed a longer lengthy swing with plenty of speed in it, He worked a gap to gap approach with most of his strength coming to the left center. Reece is a good student in the classroom.
