Kyle Connolly is a 2025 RHP/2B/OF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Shirley, NY who attends Longwood. Broad shoulders with a strong build. Worked from the outfield with a shorter arm path throwing out of a higher slot. Made throws with good accuracy and some carry. Also worked out of the infield and was accurate across the diamond. Could get to the ball well and fielded it cleanly. Ran a 7.45 sixty. Also pitched throwing from a high 3/4 slot. Commanded the fastball well especially on the inner third. Mixed in a curve with 11-5 shape and could land it at will. Changed speeds well and kept hitters off balance by working North to South well. Big time strike thrower with good control and command. Right-handed hitter starting slightly open with a balanced base. Uses a slight rock back and stride forward for timing. Good student.
