Brenden Price is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Prosper, TX who attends Walnut Grove High School. Longer athletic build with plenty of physical projection remaining. Has a smooth and easy delivery with a cross fire release out front, simple mechanics with a clean and low tension arm action. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 80 mph with occasional cutting action. Tended to slow his arm on a soft curveball, better arm speed resulted in a short slider type action. Also threw a change up. 7.40 runner in the sixty. Secondary first baseman, made accurate throws with arm flexibility, good footwork coming off the bag and showed his athleticism well. Right handed hitter, starts with a high hand set with a short stride into contact, tends to get the barrel started late, flashed some impact when the barrel got into the zone on time, line drive swing plane. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
