Kingston Norris is a 2028 RHP/C, 3B with a 5-7 143 lb. frame from Pleasant Hill, CA who attends College Park. Features a smaller-sized lean build. Ran a 8.09 60-yd dash. In the INF, showed solid actions. Moves well laterally and coming in. Quality glovework displaying early and fielding it out front but with some stiffness at times. Decent quickness to release, keeping a shorter arm action and got off accurate throws across. At the plate, sits in a even base. Uses a leg lift trigger that initiates early. Smaller takeback of the hands/barrel. Back elbow tucks early which flattens out the barrel and creates some early entry/depth to the path. Works on-plane through with avg. bat/hand speed for his level. On-barrel the majority of his round where he had quality LDs and FBs to the middle of the field and pullside. On the mound, showed a balanced/repeatable delivery. Side steps into a belt high knee lift with a quarter turn. Arm works long/loose to release out of a normal 3/4 slot. Slight crossfire into landing with a taller finish. FB was up to 75 early and settled into the upper 60s later. CH in the low 60s showed quality fading action and mixed in a developing breaker in the upper 50s, T60.
