Braden French is a 2026 C/RHP/IF with a 6-3 145 lb. frame from Bainbridge Island, WA who attends Bainbridge. Tall, slender build with more room to grow and develop as he physically matures and adds strength. Ran a 7.48 in the 60-yard dash. Catcher, solid catch-and-throw skills. Even base and crouch with a quick transfer. Infielder, controls levers well and ranged laterally. Throws reached the bag consistently on the run. Right-handed pitcher, stretch only delivery and works from a high three-quarter slot. Good extension out front in release. Locates fastball well to both sides with subtle downhill plane. Changeup showed late drop along with a two-plane breaking slider. Switch hitter with strength from both sides. Projects well with good loft in the path. Excellent student.
