Reed Blakely is a 2027 OF/LHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Lucas, TX who attends Lovejoy. Lanky, compact build with athletic traits. Primary left-handed pitcher, windup just off the first base side working from a high three-quarter slot and standard release. High front side deception with some crossfire and plane to his fastball. Works the zone and has feel to pitch, commands fastball awful well. Slider has two-plane action and sweep to it. Good lateral dive. Changeup showed good fade out of hand, three pitches for strikes with lots of projection remaining.
