2021 13U Summer Northeast Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Paul Capobianco is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 5-2 115 lb. frame from Coram, NY who attends Longwood. Capobianco worked from a young frame with tons of time to add strength and fill out. From his primary INF position, he showed sound glove work while successfully coming to the ball and fielding out in front. Capobianco displayed accurate throws across the diamond and velo should increase as he matures. On the mound, he used calculated mechanics and a high 3/4 arm slot to consistently pound the zone and let his defense work behind him. Offensively, Capobianco started from a narrow slightly open stance with a consistent level bat path that produced line drives to all parts of the field. Power potential will increase as he gets older. Ran a 8.69 60 yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
